1. Introduction

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Professional Support

TaxArbor provides tailored planning and advisory sessions to help clients navigate complex obligations. Each engagement includes preparatory analysis, strategy development and follow-up reviews.

2.2 Informational Products

Our digital guides and toolkits deliver structured knowledge on compliance and strategic approaches. Access details are provided upon successful completion of the order process.

2.3 Physical Items

TaxArbor may make available printed materials, workbooks and related resources. Delivery timelines and handling procedures are specified at the time of order.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the session date. Alternatively, clients may choose to reschedule an appointment for another available slot within six months of the original booking. All requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

3.2 Informational Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, all sales for informational products are final and not eligible for reimbursement after access has been granted. In case of technical issues preventing access, clients may reach out via our contact form for assistance or alternative access solutions.

3.3 Physical Items

Clients may send back undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate this process, contact us via our contact form. Once items are received and inspected, a refund is provided to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees for sending back items are borne by the client unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Scheduling and Modifications

Appointments may be rescheduled without additional fee if notice is given at least three business days in advance. Cancellations after that period incur a fee equal to 50% of the agreed amount. Failure to attend without prior notice will incur the full agreed amount.
